About Us
Home Plan Housing Cooperative Society Limited was formed in the year 2024 with intention set to fill the gaps in financing, land purchase industry, housing sector, real estate industry and leasing. Our key focus is providing Kenyans with strategic and affordable investment solutions. As a growing cooperative we began by taking small steps to solidify our market and growth in May 2025 by managing semi-permanent rental houses in Kangemi and in time we ventured into Kawangware and Uthiru. In the process we financed our esteemed customers with affordable loans to either develop virgin lands, finish stalled projects or improve their already deteriorating projects. Right now, we have both permanent and semi-permanent residential houses in our portfolio. Our reliability has grown massively attracting partners such as Cooperative Bank, Choice Bank, MIB for Sacco, Bw’oigara Getange & Co. Advocates and KINS Solutions who have assisted our growth so far in the market, propelling us to the position we are three months since we started operating. Our dreams are valid and come next year we shall launch our first project in the land sale sector.
